I have been a regular customer in this branch for over 5 years! What can I say? Since Mrs. G. Reiff took over the branch management, things have never worked out better than before! I get my rolls every Sunday morning and Ms. Reiff always has them ready for collection ... So hats off to this management, because she explained it to her employees and even wrote down that I come over on Sundays and since then it has been working really well! (Except for one employee it still doesn't work - slim, black elongated hair, glasses! She still seriously asks me what I want, although she has known me for over 5 years and it was even noted down ... But then I've already given up hope!)

Even before Corona, the staff was wearing gloves, which I found very positive. The Berliners at this bakery are also good, especially since there is not only the standard Berliner. Birthday children get a 50% discount. Unfortunately, I think the selection, especially of sweet pieces and sandwiches, is not great. And meanwhile it has happened to me more than four times that the drink I wanted wasn't what I wanted.

whenever I have to go there and get coffee, I meet very naughty shop assistants. The women should really have a course on how the saleswoman should behave with the customers. Today again, asked about the prices of the coffee and the woman with black hair and glasses had no patience to serve me. She really shouldn't work as a saleswoman - but somewhere where she has no contact with customers. Coffee is good, but not anymore because of the service.

The bread "Eugene" was unfortunately the most disgusting bread that I have ever eaten here in the area. Both taste and smell as well as consistency are unpleasant. Had more luck with the carnival Berliners. Employees could be friendlier.

Was there today (Sunday) and kindly asked for 2 butter lye. Puffing, the seller said: "... that's the only reason I will not smear extra butter. You have to shop more! " So rude and harsh. There was nothing left for me to do but buy another piece of bread that could not even be cut because the machine was broken. Some customers in front of me, but have their bread cut normally. For Sunday, high activity & as the only open bakery at 11:45, with only 2 sellers occupied, I consider the management to be unable to run a bakery. Add to that the long waiting time and the unfriendly service. It was not like that in the old days. No good development. Therefore 2 asterisks.

Great pastries and coffee. The only bakery I've found that let's our dog come in, so the only bakery we go to! Great hours mean you can get your bread on Sundays and holidays without getting up too early. :)
